7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@lamscomfort.com or call us at +92 321 2881590 with your order number.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will send you a return authorization and instructions.
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  5. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address.
  6. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged
  • Personalized or customized items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order for the item you want.

This ensures you get the exact item you want and helps us process your request more efficiently.
