Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes to your order.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. Bank transfer details are provided during checkout for your convenience.

Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 3,000. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Pakistan. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Items must be in the same condition as when received.

Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Personalized items, items without original tags, and items that have been worn or damaged cannot be returned.

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend checking the measurements and comparing them with your own for the best fit.

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for email notifications to be alerted when it becomes available again.

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, all items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
